[LEGAL ENTITY: e.g. BayWa r.e. Solar Systems LLC] ("BayWa r.e.") provides BayWa One using the third-party services below. This list is generated from the same register that produces the notices inside the product, so a service that receives data from the product cannot be missing from it.
Some services process data on BayWa r.e.'s behalf to run the Service. Others, such as financing providers and the electronic signature service, receive data when an installer company uses them, and make their own decisions about it. Both kinds are listed, because both receive information from the Service.
Where each service processes data, and the contract terms in place: [SUB-PROCESSOR LOCATIONS AND TRANSFER TERMS]. BayWa r.e. will give installer companies 30 days notice before adding a new service that receives Homeowner information.
